Leadership: Senior executive with responsibilities including; annual budgeting and planning, monthly financial accountability, quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and daily oversight of Leasing professionals in both marketing and operations; the intermediary and communicator of relevant information to subordinates and other senior executives.
Portfolio Management: A vital leader in expanding a leasing portfolio in excess of 100% over a three year period. Developed and maintained a unique non-commodity based portfolio - a strategy which maximized profits and minimized risk over an extended period. Pricing of the portfolio was based upon individual commercial risk and customized lease structures.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Created and managed a customized CRM system designed to automate the marketing efforts. The continuous evolution and creation of CRM emphasizes a commitment to marketing automation. The CRM system controlled a data base in excess of 40,000 companies and 60,000 contacts integrating all systems from sales prospecting through transaction completion.
Team Building: Through recruitment, training and retention of financial professionals - developed and mentored young professionals from low five figure incomes to six figure incomes through a methodical proven coaching process with measurable matrixes.
